Job Summary

The Haven Convalescent Home is the only privately owned long-term care facility in the area. We are known for our compassionate and dedicated approach to ensuring that our residents come first. We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and progress.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide leadership and support to CNA staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent clinical and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in a long-term care or healthcare facility is preferred.
• Computer and PointClickCare experience is preferred.
