Director of Building and Grounds 

The Farrell Area School District is accepting applications for this position. 

The individual will need to demonstrate experience and competence in mechanical and electrical system, boiler, air-conditioning equipment, water treatment and plumbing system; scheduling procedures and preventive maintenance; demonstrate ability to supervise employees; prepare and follow a department budget; prepare bids/RFP documents and quotes; and have experience with architects, engineers and contractors.
